Bio:
Charlie Bard is the leader of the Bojangles, based out of the Artist Colony. He is a relatively powerful minstrel (melomancer) who uses his guitar and saxophone (Epic and Ernest) to inspire, enchant, and uplift the people of New Orleans. Charlie Bard has wandered the country in search of musical relics and adventure. Prior to coming to New Orleans, Charlie worked the streets of San Francisco. Over the years he has amassed a sizable collection of “magical musical relics”, including: Ray Charles’s sun
glasses, Elvis’s Blue Suede Shoes, Scott Joplin’s left sequined glove, Johnny Cash’s literal “Ring of Fire”, and even the Beach Boy’s vintage 409 Chevy Impala.
Recently he has determined to give back to the community by stationing himself in one of the music capitols of the world—and help coordinate the fight against evil. He works closely with The Very Reverend Gregory Lantern to coordinate efforts across the city.
