A goddess has taken up residence in the bayou of New Orleans. Mnemosyne currently resides in Fort Proctor, living there with Felicity Proctor.
She regards the residents of nearby Shell Beach as her “children”, and is invested in their well being, but apparently has limitations on what time of interactions she can provide. (During a recent Grunch attack, she relied on a group of mortals to address the issue directly.) She mentioned that she is “bound” to the fortress, although it is unclear what was meant by that.
The scope of her power, and the nature of her presence, and her goals are still unclear. Mnemosyne apparently is harvesting/consuming/suppressing/??? the negative memories of the residents of Shell Beach, contributing to their idyllic existence.
