All around Jackson Square Park, just outside the fence, is the “Artist Colony”. This marketplace rebuilds itself every day with street performers, artists, musicians, fortune tellers, dancers, jugglers, etc.

Unbeknownst to most, however, just beneath the surface of the hustle and bustle, an organization called the Bojangles uses this chaos to hide their base of operations.
