Fort Proctor is a 1/2 mile outside Shell Beach, on the edge of Lake Borgne. What appears to be a ruined civil war fortress is in fact the ancestral home and headquarters of a small family of white court vampires, the House Proctor. Currently, the only regular residents of the fortress are Felicity Proctor, and her immortal.. ahem… roommate… Mnemosyne.

The specific details of what lies within is a mystery—the fortress appears to be a ruin. It does seem to be protected by powerful magical wards (and likely veils). It was constructed by Bennet Proctor in 1856.
